Listing Fees

(Note: all listed fees for standard workflows)
1. Set-up
Single page + listing on appropriate guide: $195 plus GST = $214.50 inc GST
Note: this set-up does not include photography – this is quoted for separately if required depending on the number and size of files required.
Optional: Enquiries form – includes security, auto-backup, form handler, form fail and form success pages: $150 plus GST = $165 inc GST.

2. Standard (Coffee) Subscription - note: all existing standard subscriptions will be replaced by the following rates from July 1 2010.
a) Six month subscriptions
6 months @ $3.00 /week (plus GST)
Total subscription = $78 plus 10% GST = $85.80 inc GST
b) Twelve month subscriptions
12 months @ $3.00 /week (plus GST) - with 30% discount for annual payment
Total subscription = $109.20 plus 10% GST = $120.12 inc GST
Notes: Six-monthly Standard Subscriptions are generally payable by direct deposit only
- initial 6/12 month periods are from date of publication - rather then from date of booking.
Subscription covers updates and alterations to existing elements, text and images – extensions to the listing requiring new elements or images may fall outside this parameter and will be quoted for individually with a set hourly rate.
3. Domain forwarding (if required)
Set-up : $25 plus GST = $27.50 inc GST
Annual forwarding/hosting fee: $25 plus GST = $27.50 inc GST (12 month period from date of publication)

Terms: 100% of set-up fees (for invoiced work under $1000) plus first subscription payment plus email set-up/domain forwarding fees required to book work. Note: all deposits and subscriptions are non-refundable once paid.
